NFL Week 11: Top Betting Trends & Predictions

Game:  Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Best Trend: The Over has hit in 90% (9 out of 10) of the Ravens' games this season

Prediction:  27-24 Ravens

Reason:  Since Russ has taken over the offense, Steelers are also 3-0 and have gone over their total in 2 of their 3 wins.  While the Ravens can score, it’s their 32nd ranked secondary that is causing these Over’s to hit.  Add to the fact that star safety Kyle Hamilton is banged up with an ankle injury, despite practicing in full on Friday, I see no reason why this doesn’t go over the total which is currently set at 48.5, 4 points higher than where it opened.

Game:  Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears

Best Trend: The Under has hit in 66.7% (6 out of 9) of the Bears games this season

Prediction:  21-13 Packers

Reason:  The Bears defense is putting in work, and with the Packers coming into this game off of their bye week, maybe it takes them a little bit to get back in sync.  In addition, Jordan Love hasn’t thrown a TD in nearly a month.  The Bears offense continues to be anemic, having scored a total of 27 points over their L3 games.  The total has already dropped nearly 4 points already, from 44.5 to 40.5, agreeing with the sentiment that this will be a defensive, divisional game.

Game:  Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills

Best Trend: Mahomes as an underdog is 12-1-1 ATS in his career.

Prediction:  24-23 Chiefs

Reason:  Why do we even need to dive into this?  Do not bet against this man when he’s an underdog.  Simple as that.  Additionally, the refereeing has been rather kind towards the Chiefs this year especially.   It wouldn’t shock me to see a little extra help thrown his way once the game gets close towards the end.  Bills opened as a slight favorite, now seeing -2.  Expect a close finish down to the wire where the Swifties rejoice in the end.

Game:  Cincinnati Bengals vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Best Trend: The Bengals are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games as underdogs.

Prediction:  28-20 Bengals

Reason:  The Bengals lost an absolute thriller last week to the Ravens 35-34.  Hurts the division, hurts their playoff chances, you name it.  The reality is, they are sitting at 3-6 after a slow start to the year, and a loss here puts their playoff chances below 15%, so this is A MUST win.  The Chargers are on a 3 game win streak, but am I impressed?  Not really.  The Saints with Rattler, the Browns with Winston, and the Will Levis led Titans.  Give me the Bengals to not only cover the spread, but win straight up.
